Plastering work has been reconsidered across the country. Perhaps this is because the complex colors unique to natural ingredients heal us as opposed to the uniform color of chemical compounds, and they are valued for being gentle on our bodies.

Starting with "Komae style," Shukei Jigyo is working on authentic plaster walls. For the same earthen wall the process is divided into rough plastering, second plastering, and final plastering, and we are researching effective uses of such other methods as stucco plastering.
